The Sol-Ark L3-HV-60 is built to do both at scale, paired with the Sol-Ark 60K-3P-480V inverter. Through the day it banks solar or off-peak energy; at your peak-demand hours it discharges to shave those spikes; and when the grid drops it keeps your essential loads live.
It's engineered for the realities of an indoor commercial install. LiFePO4 chemistry is inherently stable, and Sol-Ark's indoor L3 architecture adds built-in aerosol fire suppression in the modules and cabinet, plus integrated temperature control — which can help you avoid the expense of a separate sprinkler system. At under 40 dBA it's quiet enough for an occupied building.
There's less to wire and less to source, too.
A 200A DC disconnect and a 160A internal fuse are built into each cabinet, so much of the balance-of-system that usually sits alongside a commercial battery is already handled. Each cabinet is a 614.4V nominal bank of twelve 5.12 kWh LiFePO4 modules, communicating over CAN 2.0 / RS485.
And the growth path is genuinely long. Start with a single 61.44 kWh cabinet, add up to 16 per inverter, and parallel up to 10 inverters for 9.6 MWh of storage and 600kW of AC power — with peak shaving, DER-program participation and grid sell-back all supported as your strategy develops.
