Price Match Guarantee
Found it cheaper somewhere else? Tell us, and we will beat it.
If you find a lower advertised price on the same in-stock item from another authorized US dealer, send it to us before you buy and we will do our best to beat it. If we genuinely cannot, we will tell you straight, no games.
How to claim
Call 1-888-855-7286 or email support@kratopower.com with a link or screenshot of the competitor’s price. We will review it the same business day where possible.
The details
- Must be the identical item, in stock, from an authorized US dealer.
- We compare the full delivered price (their shipping, fees, and any taxes), apples to apples.
- Excludes auctions, marketplaces, used or open-box items, clearance, coupon-stacking, and obvious pricing errors.
- If we cannot beat a price, we will be honest about it.
No sales tax, a price-match guarantee, and free replacement parts for life. That is The Krato Power Promise.
