80 Years of Service in Our Family

My appreciation for service runs deep—four generations deep.

It began in 1946, just after my great-grandfather returned home from World War II. He founded an insurance and tax preparation agency built on a simple promise: being there for his neighbors. Back then, my great-grandfather and grandfather wrote insurance policies for everyone in East Chicago, Indiana.

That business was handed down to my mother and uncles, and for 80 years now, my family has been serving the community. My grandparents still go to work every day, aged 87 & 84.

My grandfather taught me a lesson very early on that defines how I run this company today: "A customer is never just a dollar sign. They are our friends, and we treat them how we would like to be treated. Like family."

He also taught me that our door is always open. That is the standard I hold myself to.

We don’t have 10,000+ anonymous customers. We don’t want to. We consciously maintain a smaller, dedicated clientele. This ensures that our attention is never spread too thin.
