The Deye 61.44 kWh ESS Lithium Battery Cabinet System is a high-voltage, outdoor-ready energy storage solution for commercial, industrial, and large residential applications. It features a modular design with advanced LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery technology for enhanced safety and longevity. 
Key features
  • Massive capacity: The system provides a total energy capacity of 61.44 kWh, with a usable energy of 55.29 kWh (at a 90% Depth of Discharge).
  • Outdoor-ready enclosure: Housed in a robust, IP55-rated steel cabinet, the system is designed for outdoor installation and can withstand demanding environmental conditions. It typically includes temperature, smoke, and combustible gas sensors.
  • High-voltage architecture: The system operates at a high voltage (nominal 614.4V DC), which improves power transmission efficiency and reduces energy losses.
  • Modular design: It is composed of 12 stackable 5.12 kWh LiFePO₄ battery modules and a Cluster Control Box (BMU). This modularity allows for flexible scalability to meet higher capacity needs.
  • Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS): An integrated BMS provides comprehensive protection and management, including real-time monitoring, overcharge/discharge protection, and temperature control.
  • Integrated components: Some configurations come as an "All-in-One" solution, including a 50kW, 3-phase hybrid inverter pre-installed in the cabinet. Other versions include only the battery cabinet, allowing you to pair it with your choice of compatible inverters.
  • Wide operating temperature: The GE-FH60 model is designed to operate in extreme conditions, from -30 °C to +60 °C, with performance derating above 45°C.
  • Long lifespan: The system offers a long cycle life of 6,000 cycles or more (at 90% DoD and 25°C).
  • Warranty: Deye provides a 10-year warranty on the system.
  • Safety features: Uses safe, non-toxic LiFePO₄ chemistry and includes multiple layers of built-in protection and fire suppression.
