The Fronius Primo Gen24 Plus 10.0kW is a premium single-phase hybrid inverter for residential and light commercial solar power systems. It is designed for maximum energy independence by seamlessly integrating solar power generation, battery storage, and grid interaction.

  • Hybrid inverter with battery compatibility: Functions as both a solar inverter and, with the addition of a compatible battery such as the  BYD Battery-Box Premium , a complete home energy storage system.
  • Flexible backup power options:
    • PV Point: Offers an integrated basic backup power supply of up to 3 kW during a grid outage, which works even without a battery.
    • Full backup: When paired with a battery, it can supply the entire home with power during an outage, including for larger loads like heat pumps.
  • Integrated shade management: The Dynamic Peak Manager function allows the inverter to optimize power yields at the string level, reducing the need for costly external optimizers.
  • Active cooling technology: Unlike passively cooled inverters, the Gen24 Plus uses a fan to actively manage heat. This helps maintain peak performance, prevents thermal derating in hot weather, and extends the inverter's service life.
  • SuperFlex design: Features two Maximum Power Point Trackers (MPPTs), which allow for flexible system design with different roof orientations and string lengths.
  • Enhanced monitoring: Provides detailed energy production and consumption data through the integrated Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity to the Fronius Solar.web app.
  • Multi Flow Technology: This feature allows for simultaneous energy flows within the system, even during a backup power event, maximizing energy use and self-consumption.
