The Fortress Power e-Force 9.6kWh is a modular, 48V, 200Ah lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery designed for residential and light commercial energy storage . The IP65 rating means it is weatherproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

  • Modular and scalable design: The e-Force is designed for expansion.
    • Vertical stacking: Up to three modules can be stacked vertically using a cableless quick-plug system, reaching 28.8 kWh.
    • Horizontal scaling: Up to 16 modules can be connected in parallel for a maximum total capacity of 153.6 kWh.
  • Simplified installation: The quick-plug technology and optional "eWay" wireway system reduce installation time and complexity by eliminating the need for extra conduit or cabling between stacked batteries.
  • Integrated management: An advanced Battery Management System (BMS) provides cell-level monitoring and balancing to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Integrated wireway (eWay): This optional component has built-in busbars, conduit ports, and an emergency disconnect switch for a clean and efficient setup. The Fortress Power Envy Inverter can mount directly to it.
  • Connectivity and monitoring: Includes Wi-Fi, RS485, and CAN communications for system monitoring via the Fortress Power app and over-the-air updates.
  • Virtual Power Plant (VPP) ready: The system is prepared to participate in VPP programs, potentially allowing users to earn incentives by supporting grid stability.
  • Flexible installation: Can be installed on the ground or floor, with an optional accessory available for wall-mounting.
