The Fortress Power Heat Mat Kit solves that. It pairs peel-and-stick silicone heat mats with a thermostat controller and a DIN-rail AC outlet, so the mats switch on automatically to keep eFlex batteries at a safe temperature. Fortress recommends setting the thermostat to 40°F.

Why You'll Love The Fortress Heat Mat Kit

Charge through cold snaps. Keeps batteries warm enough to accept charge on freezing days.

Automatic control. The thermostat turns the mats on and off around your set point, adjustable from 40 to 108°F.

Peel and stick. Silicone mats with 3 mm adhesive stick straight to the back of each battery.

Expandable. Up to 14 mats (980W) can run in parallel from one thermostat.

Your life, with the Fortress Heat Mat Kit

A cold front drops the garage below freezing overnight.
